| Abstract: | Beijing and Tianjin united to develop HQ economy, which could take full advantage of the othemess and complement of their dominate resources to form an adjacent combo with complementary function and perfect industry chain. Meanwhile, it will turn horizontal irrational competition to friendly cooperation of vertical value chain, and besides, it will also bring along the economic growth in Jing - Jin- Ji Area, even in Bohai Sea Circle, to realize the regional win- win goal. |
