| 摘 要： | 铁路客站综合体是城市中心区铁路客站长久发展的必然选择，它既集多种交通方式于一体，又复合了以商业为主的多项服务功能，综合体现了客站的城市、社会、经济以及环境等多种价值。分析当前我国发展客站综合体的制约因素，研究如何推动城市中心区客站综合体发展。

| Abstract: | Railway passenger station complex is the ultimate choice of long-term development of urban downtown area railway station, which features intermode and integrates various service functions, representing multiple values of the sta- tion in terms of city, social, economical and environmental. The article analyzes the limit factors of existing railway station complex and explores ways to boost and develop urban downtown railway station complex. |
