基于“路径依赖学说”的企业核心竞争力界定标准研究

企业核心竞争力理论问世以来,在全球范围内引起广泛讨论,成为当今战略管理理论最前沿的课题.但是,关于企业核心竞争力该如何界定,核心资源和能力该如何识别,至今没有形成一个被普遍接受、可操作性强的分析标准,导致粗糙的核心竞争力理论日渐遭到质疑,被部分研究人士批评为"泡沫的虚幻概念".文章引入路径依赖学说及其三个核心思想(即:路径锁定、革新无效、轨迹顽性),作为界定核心竞争力的识别标准,并对结论进行分析和验证.

Research about the Definite Standards of the Enterprise Core Competency Based on the Theory of Path-dependence

Since the emergence of enterprise core competency theory,it has rised discussion in global scale and become the forefront of strategic management.But,how to definite the core competency and identify core resources and capability,there is not a popular accepted analytical standard with strong operability.And the rough theory of core competency is questioned with the time passed and regarded as bubble illusory concept.The paper introduces the theory of path-dependence and it's three core ideas(path locked;innovation efficientlessness;track stubborn)and regards them as the identical standards of the definition of core competency and,analyses and tests their conclusions.
