| 摘 要： | 新农村建设投融资是一项庞大的系统工程,目前国内已有较多的研究成果。采用数据包络分析方法（简称DEA）对云南省新农村建设投融资绩效进行实证分析,具体研究了云南省16个地区投融资的相对利用效率、规模效益和改进潜力。通过分析,认为大多数地区的投融资是有效的,地理位置和资源丰富程度不同的地区投融资绩效不同。根据云南省的省情,提出了如何改善投融资绩效,以形成投融资长效机制的相关建议。
