应届本科毕业生的求职行为差异性研究——人格特质视角

摘    要:应届本科毕业生的就业问题日趋严峻,文章在文献梳理与访谈的基础上,确定应届本科毕业生的求职行为的主要表现,运用大五人格量表对被调查对象进行分类,并进行求职行为的测试,运用方差分析不同人格特质的应届本科毕业生在求职行为上的差异,分析结果显示:五种人格类型在"您会积极通过求职网站来获取职位信息吗"这一问题上差异不显著,在其他题项都存在显著差异。

Abstract:The problem of employment for fresh graduates with bachelor degree is becoming more and more severe.This article,based on literature review and interviews,lists main behavior of fresh graduates with bachelor degree in job searching,using NEO PI-R to classify those investigated and test their behavior,applying variance to analyze their different personalities.The finding reveals that there are significant differences in personality in job searching behavior nearly in every aspects except for the one "Job-seekers obtain information concerning job positions through the job website",which is not striking.
