| 摘 要： | 在探讨退耕还林工程可持续发展能力内涵的基础上,从环境、经济、社会、智力四大系统的支持能力入手,建立退耕还林工程可持续发展能力评价指标体系;根据相关指标的内涵,对各指标的影响因子及计算方法进行分析;依据据距离函数模型的基本要求,提出选择参照值的思路。
