| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育能否培养出适应市场经济需要的应用型人才，制订和实施好专业计划是其重要保证。模具CAD/CAM专业应建立以能力培养为主的知识体系结构和以岗位应用技能为核心实施教学计划的培养模式，方能使学生毕业后很快适应岗位要求。
