试论终身教育与自学考试制度改革

终身教育是人的一生中所受教养、教育和训练的总和。终身教育理论自上世纪60年代产生以来，已经成为国际教育领域中一种革命性潮流。高等教育自学考试是中国教育体系中不可缺少的部分，是终身教育思想的最好体现。终身教育对高等教育自学考试招生考试教育制度也有重大影响。但随着终身教育需求的发展，高等教育自学考试也暴露出与实际情况不相适应的方面。文章提出了改革高等教育自学考试招生考试制度的对策建议。

On Life-long Education and the Reform of Self-study Examination System

Life-long education is the summary of one's culture,education and training in his whole life. After the theorization of life-long education in 1960s, it has become a revolutionary trend in international education field. Self-study examination of high education is an indispensable part of Chinese education system, being the best embodiment of life-long education thought. Life-long education also has important influence upon the system of self-study examination of high education. But with the development of life-long education, self-study examination of high education shows some aspects that don't accustom real situation. The paper presents some suggestions to reform the system of self-study examination of high education.
