| 摘 要： | 利用系统论分析了城市基础设施整体投资效果的主要影响因素,即投资量、子系统投资效果和投资结构;并基于结构分解分析法(SDA)建立了各因素贡献率的分析模型。这一模型克服了过去仅停留在定性分析层面上的瓶颈制约,对影响因素的贡献率进行了定量分析,并得出结论:投资结构对影响城市基础设施整体投资效果的作用越来越大,必须对其加以重视。
