| 摘 要： | 从加工中心到工业中心、经济中心的提升,展示了区域经济发展的逻辑必然性.而工业园区则是在其中起到了对整个产业的整合、梳理和提升的作用,由工业园区建设所形成的市场效应、品牌效应和集聚效应,将有效地提升区域竞争力,从而完成这个历史性转轨.这就是当今工业园区的建设方兴未艾的原因.

| Abstract: | Upgrading from processing center to industrial center, and then to economic center, is an inevitable and logical trend in the development of regional economy. Market effect, brand effect and clustering effect, resulting from construction of industrial parks, will considerably strengthen the regional competition and push the above-mentioned historic transition. |
