| 摘 要： | 探索先进的校园文化建设机制是培养全面发展的高素质创新人才的需要。以高校校园行为文化为研究视角，采用文献研究和实验研究相结合的方法，结合1999年以来“CCATV”人才培养模式的实践过程，对营造“CCATV”模式为核心的高校创新创业行为文化推进高校校园文化建设的实践机制进行探讨并提出相关对策建议。
