| 摘 要： | “企业直线职能制”存在的重要特征是集权式管理。我国企业普遍采用的直线职能制在今天的竞争条件下存在许多问题。改变企业内部直线职能制组织结构的对策建议是拓展经营理念，实行系统战略管理决策，以缩短与发达国家经营管理方面的差距。
