| 摘 要： | 本文较为系统地分析了自然资源的静态、动态特征 ,人对资源的作用与影响及针对资源自然变化方式的对策 ,资源对人类社会的支持能力问题与可能的解决途径 ,客观规律与主观努力对人的资源行为的控制与调节 ,资源管理的任务、关键问题与技术特征 ,进而从三个方面讨论了在可持续意义上的资源发展观。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes systematically the static and dynamic characteristics of natural resources, including human action and influence on resources and countermeasures to natural resource changes. Discussed also in the paper are the capacity of resources to support human society, objective laws and subjective efforts in controlling and regulating human utilization of resources, and roles, key problems and technological features in resource management. Development views of natural resources in sustainable development are ultimately discussed from three aspects. |
