| 摘 要： | 论文简要概括了儒家中道的内涵；接着从仁、礼与中庸三者之间的关系中进一步揭示中庸之道是儒家思想实践的方法论，其与仁、礼一同构成了儒家思想的核心，三者密不可分；最后从儒家中道与儒家秩序和谐论、中道与中华法系对于良法的追求、中道与无讼、中道与父子相隐四方面分析了其对于中华法系的影响。

| Abstract: | The author briefly concludes the connotation of Confucian Zhong-Dao,and then reveals that Dao of zhong-yong is the methodology to practice Confucianism from the relation among ren,li and zhong-yong.Zhong-yong and ren,li make up the core of Confucianism all together.In the end,the author analyses Confucian Zhong-Dao's influence to Chinese Legal Genealogy from four respects: Zhong-Dao and the Confucian theory of order and peace,Zhong-Dao and Chinese Legal Genealogy pursuing the Good-laws,Zhong-Dao and Non-litigation,Zhong-Dao and evident exemption between father and son. |
