我国转型期内政府干预的机制分析

对于正努力建设社会主义市场经济、正处于转型期的中国来说,如何处理市场与政府的关系,是一个无论如何也不能回避的问题。从原则上讲,政府应该关心的是宏观经济与社会长期发展问题,微观经济活动应该交给市场来解决。只有在市场不能做或市场做不好的情况下,政府的干预才是必要的和有效的。
