| 摘 要： | 商业物流作为商品走向市场的重要载体,承载着国家商业兴旺和市场繁荣的双重职能,商业物流业的发展极大地提高了我国的经济发展水平。在我国的商业领域中,商业物流主要集中在大型商厦、专卖店、批发市场等业态领域。全面而系统地研究商业物流及其在发展中出现的问题,对促进产业发展和转变经济增长方式具有重要的意义。
