| 摘 要： | 自《京都议定书》生效以来,碳交易和碳金融也随之产生。我国商业银行面对碳金融该何去何从已成为理论界关注的话题。本文在全面阐释碳金融的基础上,深入分析了我国商业银行在碳金融时代面临的机遇和挑战,最后提出了商业银行如何应对碳金融的几点对策。
