| Abstract: | To build a new countryside means not only to paint walls, install electricity, pave roads, or build public toilets, but also to establish farmers＇ socialist dominant position, and change their way of production and lifestyle. This article made a case study of Baigou Town in Baoding, and discussed several issues concerning the construction of the new socialist countryside. |
