Research on the Current Development of Shanghai Port and Analysis of Development Strategies

The port is the cargo transfer center and industrial production base.At the same time,it is an important part of modern logistics network system.In the modern integrated logistics,its position is very important.This paper focus on introducing the current development of Shanghai port,and analyzing advantages and weaknesses of the development of Shanghai port logistics,including opportunities and challenge faced.All the analysis is based on SWOT.In the end,it gives the suggestions to develop Shanghai port in order to improve the competitiveness of Shanghai port logistics function.
