| 摘 要： | 采用集中率法测算表明,我国旅行社产业的产业集中度呈下降趋势,市场结构类型由极高集中寡占型逐渐演化成竞争型.根据各方面条件预测未来5-10年我国旅行社产业集中度将进一步下降.为了提高国际竞争力,推动我国旅游产业结构的优化升级,应当通过鼓励兼并重组、重构分工体系、改善市场竞争环境和推广先进信息技术以提高旅行社产业集中度.
