高职高专学生专业认知独立实训质量提升探讨

摘    要:企业希望员工的综合专业技能培训在进入企业之前就能完成。为顺应社会需求,需要深入理解设立专业认知独立实训的意义、正确设定专业认知独立实训的任务和目标、精心设计专业认知独立实训流程、认真抓实专业认知独立实训的每一个环节,才能确保实训质量,才能达到目标。

Study on Promoting the Quality of Independent Practice Training of Cognizing the Major of Collegian

Abstract:Enterprises need the training of its employees in synthetic skills of major should have been completed before they are employed, in accordance with the needs of the society, not only should the design of the teaching plans be improved and the corresponding independent practice training be planed at the every different stage of study, but also a targeted operable pattern of training should be set for the every link in the chain of the independent practice training, making it sure to realize the aim. I have been making an unremitting effort on how to ensure and promote continuously the teaching quality of independent practice training of cognizing the major of Collegian, the good result of which has been proved by the students performances.
