| 摘 要： | 食品安全问题是世界各国普遍关注的重大问题,学术界对食品安全问题产生的原因及其治理方式进行了广泛研究。已有的研究主要集中在食品安全问题产生的理论基础以及声誉机制、政府规制和供应链管理在治理食品安全问题方面的应用及最新进展。
