| 摘 要： | 扩大内需尤其是扩大消费需求是目前我国一项基本国策,而能否扩大消费需求受到居民收入的影响和制约。应通过实现收入分配公平合理、扩大社会保障覆盖面、提高社会保障水平等途径实现富民目标,从而扩大消费需求,促进经济增长。

| Abstract: | Enlarging domestic demands,especially the consumption demands are a basic policy in our country,while it is restricted by the influence of residents' income.We should realize the goal by means of the equal and reasonable income distribution,enlarge the coverage of social security,and promote the standard of social security to enlarge consumption demands and promote economic growth. |
