| 摘 要： | 首先利用行业集中度、国有产权比重及利润率等指标综合衡量了国民经济各行业的行政垄断程度,用两种方法对行政垄断行业进行了判定;然后,实际估算了行政垄断行业造成的效率损失;最后,结合规制改革及《反垄断法》探讨了解决行业性行政垄断问题的基本思路。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly gives the degree of the administrative monopoly of every industry;then this paper focuses on the efficiency losses caused by the administrative monopoly industries and the estimates,finding that the losses are so large;finally,the author gives some basic ideas to solve the problems of the industrial administrative monopoly taking the regulatory reform and "anti-monopoly law" into account. |
