| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了ERP与企业组织变革的关系。在对ERP基本原理进行介绍的基础上 ,对ERP给企业组织各个层面带来的变革进行了分析 ,并对企业组织实施ERP所面对的来自组织的桎梏进行了研究。
