| Abstract: | Anhui is implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development to build an innovating province. During this course, the main player of innovation, enterprises, play a key role. As for means of enterprises innovation, the collaborating one is high-efficient,as well as a trend. This thesis conducts research on collaborating innovation mechanism from the perspective of both inside and outside of enterprises in Anhui,which is conducive and meaningful to heightening the effectiveness of the collaborating innovation. |
