| 摘 要： | 基于县域经济发展需求视角，文章采用层次分析法构建综合评价指标体系，从科技促进产业提升能力、科技示范服务能力、科技创新产出能力以及科技资源支持能力四个方面考察县域科技支撑能力。通过引入2013年安徽省县（市）科技进步数据，对80个县（区）科技支撑能力进行实证分析与评价。总体来看，安徽省县域科技支撑能力未能充分适应县域经济发展需求，各县（区）之间科技支撑能力差距显著，贫困县的科技支撑能力问题更为突出。

| Abstract: | Based on the perspective of economy development demand in county level,the thesis has designed evaluation index system of support ability,including ability of promoting industrial development,technology innovation and application, technology service and resources of science and technology support. The thesis analyses and evaluates empirically the supporting ability of science and technology in county level in Anhui by means of the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）. The result shows that support ability of science and technology in county level in Anhui is still weak,gap of supporting ability among counties is larger and especially,we must highlight the problem of supporting ability in some poverty-stricken counties is serious. |
