| 摘 要： | 新型城镇化是未来我国转变经济发展方式的战略选择，也是安徽省深化农村综合改革、实现城乡统筹发展和中部崛起的重要推动力。文章以对人地关系协调理论的剖析为起点，总结人地关系要素与城镇化的关系，结合安徽城镇化建设中人地关系的调研情况，分析城镇化进程中的协调人地关系的要素准备，提出实现人地关系协调的基本路径，为安徽新型城镇化发展提供决策参考。

| Abstract: | The new urbanization is not only an important way for China＇s transformation of the mode of economic growth in the future, but also is an important driving force of deepening the comprehensive rural reform, achieving urban and rural development as a whole and realizing ＂growing up of central China＂ in Anhui province. This paper takes analysis o：＂ the theory of harmonious man-earth relationship as a starting point, to summarize the relationship between man-earth relationship＇s factors and urbanization, and then combined with the research to the urbanization of Anhui, analyzes elements preparation to coordinate man-earth relationship in the process of urbanization, and then puts forward the basic route of realizinz harmonious man-earth relationship, to provide a reference for the development of new urbanization in Anhui. |
