| 摘 要： | 国有企业改革是一场广泛而深刻的改革，是整个经济体制改革的中心环节，推进国有企业改革和发展是一项重要而紧迫的任务，只有正确认识当前国有企业改革中存在的问题，从产权制度入手加大改革力度，推进政府体制，社会保障制度等配套改革，才能实现国有企业改革的新突破。

| Abstract: | Since state-owned enterprises reform is the centre of the entire economic reform,it is a vital and urgent task to advance state-owned enterprises reform and development.It won't fulfill the new breakthrough on state-owned enterprises until we understand the existing problems and advance corresponding reforms on government system and social guarantee system and etc,starting with property system to enlarge reform. |
