| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the application of benchmark in the Information Industry management to eliminate rent seeking phenomena. This paper explains the general principle of the benchmarking and the practical strategies in the benchmarking management. By means of game model, the paper offers practical case analysis and puts forward a new type of management in view of the benchmark in the IIA. |
