Currency,national debt and deficit

This thesis introduced the provement of currency's non-neutral function,pointed out the important defects of present macro-economy theory,and explained the principle of issuing government debt.It states monetary policy should have both liquidity regulation and credit regulation,and that central bank note be replaced by government debt.It also explained how to regulate credit with finance deficit.
