| 摘 要： | 2010年,中国货物出口15779亿美元,增长31.3%,国外对华启动贸易救济调查83起,同比下降30.3%,表明中国货物出口总体环境得到改善。但贸易救济调查出现的一些新趋势和特征值得深思。文章拟从贸易救济调查方式结构、启动方结构、涉案产品结构及典型案例等角度对2010年国外对华启动贸易救济调查的情况进行综合评述,为中国更好地应对国外贸易救济措施提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In 2010,Chinese export reached USD1577.9 billion,increasing 31.3%,and trade remedy surveys to China were 83 pieces,decreasing 30.3%.Both of them indicate the improvement of Chinese export environment.But it must be noticed that trade remedy surveys to China present some new trend and characters.So the paper analyses the trade remedy surveys to China from the survey modes,survey initiators,survey products and typical cases in order that China can use for reference. |
