| 摘 要： | 高等教育改革必须注重教育理念的更新和有效践行.以人为本高等教育理念主要来自于对现代西方人本主义哲学思潮的借鉴和对教育教学实践经验及教训的反思.厘清以人为本的高等教育理念的多维要求是十分必要的,以人为本高等教育理念的逻辑构成应包括教学、德育、管理等三个维度.

| Abstract: | We must pay attention to the renewal of educational idea and trample the conduct effectlvely in high educational reform. The higher education idea that take hmnan as base comes fiom the reference and introspection of the practical experience of educational teaching and lesson to the philosophy ideological trcnd of modem westem humanism mainly. It is very essential to clarify the multidimensional demand for higher education idea that take human as base,and the logic forms of the higher education idea that take hmnan as base should include such three as teaching, moral, management,etc. |
