中国社会经济结构与土地利用结构变化的相关性分析

研究目的:从宏观角度研究中国土地利用结构与社会经济结构之间的相关关系。研究方法:采用典型多元相关分析与二元相关分析法相结合的方法,对1991—2001年间的社会经济结构变化与土地利用结构变化进行相关性分析。研究结果:建设用地比重与人口密度和经济密度呈正比,与人均粮食和第一产业在GDP中的比重成反比;耕地比重与人均粮食和第二产业在GDP中的比重呈正比;牧草地比重与经济密度和人均粮食成反比,上述相关性均达到了显著甚至极显著水平。研究结论:土地利用结构变化与社会经济结构变化之间存在一种必然的逻辑关系,利用这种相关关系,有助于加强土地在宏观调控中的作用。

Correlation Analysis of the Changes of Socio-economic Structure and Land Use Structure in China

The purpose of the study is to analyze the correlation between land use structure and socio-economic structure of China.Methods of dualistic and canonical correlation were applied to analyze the correlation between socio-economic structure change and land use structure change from 1991 to 2001 of China.The results revealed :(1) the proportion of land for construction has positive correlations with the population density and economic density,and negative correlations with the grain output per capita and the rate of the primary industry output in GDP;(2) the rate of cultivated land has the positive correlations with grain output per capita and the rate of secondary industry output in GDP;(3) the rate of grassland has the negative correlations with the economic density and grain output per capita.All the correlations mentioned above are up to the significant degree at the 0.01 level or the 0.05 level.It is concluded that there were certain logical relations between land use structure change and socio-economic structure change.Therefore,the correlations can be used to strengthen the regulation of macro economy by means of land.
