| Abstract: | Based on the background of Innovation-driven strategy of Jiangsu, this dissertation analysis thee defects in the environment of today＇ s technology finance, and point out that the local government should strengthen the function which guiding, servicing, supplementary and supervision to the market of technology finance, in order to creat the platform the technology finance as the leading role. |
