| 摘 要： | 伴随快速发展的物流业，物流专业教育意义凸现。文章在分析企业对物流专业人才的要求的基础上提出物流专业人才的能力和知识结构及课程体系，从明确实践教学目的、完善实践教学内容等方面探讨实践教学方案的优化，并简单探计了物流专业教学方法的改革。

| Abstract: | Following the increasing logistic sector, we can see the disadvantages about the logistics teaching. This article analyses the logistics talents requirements of enterpries, then it elaborates the ability and knowledge structrue of logistics talents and curriculum system, it discusses optimum of practice teaching system through clarifying the aim of practice teaching and perfecting the content of practice teaching. At last it discusses the reform of teaching method of logistics specialty. |
