多层次结构化供应商关系管理研究

供应商关系管理在企业的战略决策中占有十分重要的地位,它直接决定了整个供应链的竞争能力。文章通过对我国生产企业供应商关系管理中存在的问题分析,提出企业应根据自身战略和发展的需要与供应商建立起多关系共存的多层次结构化关系,构建了多层次结构化供应商关系管理的策略模型,并研究了各层级供应商关系管理的策略。

Supplier relationship management is vital in the enterprises strategic decision-making,which directly determines the entire supply chain＇s ability to compete.This article analyzed the problems that exist in China＇s manufacturing enterprises supplier relationship management; recommended that enterprises should be made in accordance with their own development strategies and the needs of vendors and establish ties coexistence of the multi-layered structure of relations; ？established a multilayer structure of the supplier relationship management strategy model; also studied the various levels supplier relationship management strategy.
