| 摘 要： | 伴随着资本市场的蓬勃发展,近年来产业投资金融掀起了新的热潮。但客观而言,我国产业投资金融的发展和监管目前还处于探索阶段,其风险管理体制尚不健全。文章结合国内产业投资金融现状,从加强对产业投资金融比例的调控、完善相关法律法规、健全公司治理机制及完善监管协调机制等方面,提出推进国内产业投资金融发展的对策。
