| 摘 要： | 论述了承接产业转移过程中,西部无水港建设的重要性与紧迫性,分析了西部建设无水港的优势与制约因素,提出了推动西部无水港建设的具体措施,即保持承接东部产业转移的持续性、合理性、科学性的同时,建设服务区域产业、促进对外贸易、实现资源共享的一站式通关的西部无水港。
