| 摘 要： | 首先分析了"农超对接"与农产品冷链物流发展的相互作用,进而从优势、劣势、机会、威胁四个方面对河北省"农超对接"发展农产品冷链物流进行了SWOT分析。认为当前河北省应采取WO战略,即扭转型战略,在政府大力支持的机遇下,加快农产品冷链物流基础设施建设以及冷链物流公共信息平台建设,鼓励民营资本进入第三方冷链物流领域,推动第三方冷链物流企业加快向现代物流企业转变,完善河北省农产品冷链物流体系,为"农超对接"中发展农产品冷链物流创造良好的市场环境。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we first analyzed the interaction between farm-supermarket docking and agricultural cold chain logistics and the strength,weakness,opportunities and threats for the development of farm-supermarket docking and agricultural cold-chain logistics in Hebei and argued that the province should take the WO strategy,that is,the tide-turning strategy,to accelerate,with government support,the construction of agricultural produce cold chain logistics infrastructure and cold chain logistics public information platform,encourage private capital into the third party cold chain logistics field,push forward the modernization of third party cold chain logistics enterprises and improve the agricultural cold chain logistics system of Hebei. |
