模糊环境下再制造逆向物流网络优化设计

摘    要:考虑到回收量的不确定性将影响回收网络的稳健性,建立了基于第三方企业的再制造逆向物流网络模糊规划模型,将废旧品的回收量和丢弃率用梯形模糊数表示,然后利用模糊机会约束规划方法将模型转化为清晰等价形式。通过示例数值仿真,表明了该模型的可行性,同时分析了不同置信水平下,最优选址策略和目标函数值的变化情况。

Abstract:Considering that uncertain volume of reclamation will affect the stability of the recycling system,the paper formulates a fuzzy planning model of the reverse logistics network for third party enterprise based remanufacturing which expresses the volume of reclamation and the scrap rate using trapezoidal fuzzy number.Then the model is turned into its more succinct equivalent form through chance-constrained fuzzy programming.Finally a numerical simulation is used to demonstrate the feasibility of the model and to analyze the optimum location strategy and the value of the objective function for different confidence levels.
