| 摘 要： | 根据"工作过程系统化"的思路,从物流专业的培养人才目标出发,进行相关课程的重新构建,利用闭环反馈机制对课程设置进行遂步优化和调整,建立了一套能够对职业环境变化即时反应的"工作过程系统化"机制,从而为高等院校的教学实践提供了有益借鉴。

| Abstract: | The paper reconstructs the courses of logistics-related disciplines for the purpose of logistics talent training,uses the closed-loop feedback mechanism to progressively optimize and adjust the curricula of the disciplines,and establishes a set of work process based optimization mechanism that can react real-time to the changes in the professional environment. |
