| 摘 要： | 2011年底,对连锁超级市场的供应商配送模式进行了调查,结果表明许多大型连锁超市都选择了供应商直供模式来为自己服务。这种供货模式产生了大量的不必要运输,大大降低了物流企业的配送效率。调查中随机抽取了一家大型连锁超市,并计算了一天内进行配货作业的所有车辆,查询了配送安排,并对"共同配送"的使用情况进行了相关调差。

| Abstract: | At the end of the year 2011,we investigated the supply and distribution modes of several chain supermarkets and found that many of them adopted the practice of vendor direct-supply which results in long distances of unnecessary transportation and reduced distribution efficiency.We then randomly picked a large-scale chain supermarket,recorded the operation of all its vehicles within one day,inquired the schedules of distribution of its suppliers and surveyed the application of joint distribution by the supermarket. |
