沿边民族地区绿色物流发展中面临的障碍及对策——基于云南瑞丽市的分析

瑞丽作为国家重点开发开放实验区,但在绿色物流发展中,还存在着思想观念落后、政策法规滞后、技术和信息化水平不高、标准化薄弱、专业人才匮乏等问题;并指出亟需树立全新的绿色物流发展理念、大力开发和采用绿色物流技术、拓新传统物流作业方式、加强物流信息系统和标准化体系建设、培养绿色物流专业人才,以推进瑞丽绿色物流又好又快发展。

Difficulty in Developing Green Logistics in Border Nationality Regions and the Countermeasures:An Analysis of Yunnan Ruili

In this paper,we argued that,in developing green logistics,Ruili was still plagued by problems such as backward mindset,lagging policies and regulations,low-level technology and informatization,weak standardization and lack of professional personnel,etc.and pointed out that for the purpose of the rapid and sound development of green logistics in Ruili,the Ruili authorities need to cultivate a brand-new concept of green logistics,forcefully push the development and adoption of green logistics technologies,expand the operational modes of traditional logistics,reinforce the construction of logistics information system and standard system and train more talents specialized in green logistics.
