区域物流企业数字化管理研究——以浙江省杭州湾经济区为例

网络技术、计算机技术的迅猛发展促使人类社会进入数字化时代,从而也对企业的管理模式产生了深刻的影响。数字化管理成为物流企业提升竞争力的必然抉择。浙江杭州湾经济区物流企业既具有良好的数字化基础和条件,但也面临条块化分割、发育迟缓等制约因素。实现区域物流企业的数字化战略以及管理模式升级,是当前杭州湾经济区物流企业亟待解决的问题。

Study on Digitalized Management of Regional Logistics Enterprises:Illustrated with the Case of Hangzhou Bay Economic Zone

Nowadays,digitalized management has become an inevitable choice in improving the competitiveness of logistics enterprises.Logistics enterprises from Hanghzou Bay economic zone generally have good foundation and necessary conditions for digitalization but are also constrained by factors such as segmentation and retarded development.Realizing the digital strategy of the regional logistics enterprises and upgrading their management mode are key matters awaiting solution for Hanghzou Bay economic zone.
