| 摘 要： | 针对以往研究估计单位面积交通吸引权重方法的不足,本研究将仅由土地类型决定的单位土地面积交通发生量指标剥离出来,并通过优化模型估计其值;建立了由单位土地面积交通发生量作为基本量,其它土地特征指标作为调整系数的交通小区发生吸引量模型,并采用大连市进行实例分析,验证了该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | In view of the deficiency of previous researches in the weighting of unit area traffic attraction,the paper isolates the index of the unit area traffic generation based on land use purpose and estimates its value using a optimization model;then it establishes the community-based traffic generation and attraction model with the unit area traffic generation as the basic variable and other index of land characteristics as adjustment coefficients,whose effectiveness is validated in a case study on Dalian. |
