| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国物流金融发展的现状及其存在的主要风险,发现物流金融不仅加大了金融业和物流业原有的风险,还带来了新的风险。因此物流金融的风险控制变得尤其关键,针对风险产生的原因提出了风险控制的措施。

| Abstract: | In this paper,after analyzing the current status of the development of logistics finance in China and the main risks existing therein,we found that not only did logistics finance amplify the risks inherent in the finance and logistics industries,but also bring new risks,and then proposed countermeasures for risk control in view of the causes of the risks. |
