| 摘 要： | 随着现代产业的发展,逆向物流成为零售业的重要物流活动,然而随着业务量的不断增加,在逆向物流环节中出现的法律纠纷也越来越多,基于此,采取递进式的模式,首先分析了连锁企业中逆向物流的存在形式和运行模式,然后分析了企业运营中的常见案例纠纷,最后提出了减少纠纷的构想。
