第三方物流绩效评价管理体系研究

首先概述了第三方物流绩效评价管理体系规划和设计中应该注意的原则和事项,接着重点分析研究了第三方物流绩效评价的指标体系和内容框架,从内部绩效和外部绩效两个方面考察了其指标的设计和规划问题,主要从财务绩效、采购运输配送仓储等环节的功能性绩效以及客户绩效等方面进行了指标设计,最后在这些绩效评价指标体系的基础上,进行了第三方物流具体绩效评价流程和操作机制的数学计算过程推导。

Study on Third Party Logistics Performance Evaluation Management System

In this paper,we introduced the principle and points worthy of note in the planning and design of third party logistics performance evaluation management systems,analyzed emphatically the index system and content framework in the evaluation,approached the design and planning of the index on the aspects of internal performance and external performance and designed the index from a functional perspective such as financial performance and performance for the links of purchasing,transportation,distribution and warehousing,etc.and the index of customer satisfaction performance.At the end,on the basis of the index system constructed,we presented the specfic process for the evaluation of third party logistics performance as well as the mathematically derivation process of the operational mechanism.
