| 摘 要： | 首先概述了电子商务物流服务模式的基本内涵及现有模式类型组成,接着重点分析了第三方物流的模式框架及其运作机制,分别从成员协同模式、行业创新模式和动态联盟模式三种类型分析了第三方物流的电子商务运作模式,并基于竞争力优势导向对几种电子商务物流运作模式进行了对比分析,最后提出了电子商务下物流服务模式创新的相关建议和对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we first introduced the basic connotation of e-commerce logistics service mode as well as the composition of the available ones,then analyzed emphatically the framework of the TPL mode and its operating mechanism,studied the operational modes of the membership collaboration mode,industrial innovation mode and dynamic alliance mode,compared the several e-commerce logistics operational mode on the basis of competitive advantage,and finally gave the suggestions and countermeasures for the innovation of the modes. |
